This spacious townhouse suite is located in Nashville’s historic Music Row District and is within walking distance of Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. It comfortably fits up to 6 people and is perfect for college visits, business trips, family getaways, and more!
The Space
The keyless entry leads you into a spacious living room with a TV, a half bathroom, and a full kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, a Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, and an island with barstools. The upper level has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom with two beds also has a desk you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer with laundry detergent.
This unit was recently redecorated! If booked before December 2023, photos may now look a bit different. Please reach out with any questions.
The townhouse suite is Unit #1 of 4 units in the building.
Guest Access
You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay. You will also have one (free) parking space to use for the duration of your stay, and there is additional street parking available.
