Sleep up to 2 guest in one of our rooms that features one king sized bed, a mini fridge, dual drip/Keurig coffeemaker, a smart TV, full bathroom, keypad entrance, free Wifi, and free on-site parking.

There will be one (1) parking spot on site per room booked.• There is NO kitchen in the room or on-site.There will be a drip coffee maker in the room and a shared microwave in the lobby. The Iris is a boutique motel, however, we do not have a front desk. All instructions and info will be sent via email. The Iris Motel

Contactless but not forgotten :)

Even though this motel is contactless communication was key! Every question, concern, or request I had was answered with a quick response. The room was nice and a good value for the amount I paid. The bed and pillows were actually some of the most comfortable ones I have had in a room (and I've stayed in some bigger name Hotels before!). Location was convenient to a couple of unique little shops and there is a cafe in walking distance. Broadway and Downtown is also a close drive away. If I ever find myself in Nashville again I will absolutely consider booking here again!

This was perfect! I loved the self-check-in. They even let me know when my room was ready early. Super clean and the bathroom was spacious. Great area and quick access to downtown! Only took me 10 minutes to get to Broadway.

Awesome team to work with, made our stay easy. Great room for an even better price. We will definitely keep the Iris at the top of our list on our next stay in Nashville.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the convenience of checking in/out electronically and thought it was a good value for the money. We were a little concerned that the parking lot was so dark since it was in an area that we were not familiar with.the area. The heat/air was so loud and kept waking us up. Overall there was more good than bad and we would stay again just for the price, convenience and location.

I loved this place. It was such a great find for such a great price and I LOVED this part of town however, the bed was a little too firm for me and the first night we struggled to sleep because you can hear all the hustle outside of our room. Overall I’m definitely staying here again if we go back to Nashville!

Awesome Location, close enough to be convenient but not in the mass of it, great restaurants.

We loved our stay at the Iris Motel. My husband had an appointment at Vanderbilt in the 100 Oaks Mall, which is right across the street, so this location was terrific. There is also great shopping there at the Mall & surrounding area. The area is swamped with places to eat. Another plus we found out was that my friends beauty salon was located on Iris Drive. Shay's Studio is only right on up around the corner, so I was also able to get a fabulous new style & wonderful visit in. We will be back.
