Sleep up to 4 guests in one of our rooms that features two queen beds, a mini-fridge, dual drip/Keurig coffeemaker, a smart TV, full bathroom, keypad entrance, free Wi-Fi, and free on-site parking.

There will be one (1) parking spot on-site per room booked.• There is NO kitchen in the room or on-site. There will be a drip coffee maker in the room and a shared microwave in the lobby. The Iris is a boutique motel, however, we do not have a front desk. All instructions and info will be sent via email. The Iris Motel

My stay at Hotel Iris

We were so happy that Hotel Iris was so close to my husband's medical appointment at Vanderbilt. It was easy to find and we liked the easy access to the room. No waiting in a lobby. The room was clean and of modern minimal design, which we liked. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasnt noisy being close to a busy street but by bed time it got quiet. Chelsea, our host, was wonderful with information and making this easy for us.

This was our second stay here since April. Perfect location for us. Clean, quiet and comfortable. No frills and no overpriced motel rooms like other motels. We requested no fragrance and a room on them ground floor and they accommodated us perfectly. Close to shopping and amenities but in a quiet area.

It's not fancy but the room was clan, the bed was comfortable, and there are a lot of great restaraunts only a short walk away. It's a great change of pace from lower Broadway and the chaos.

Stayed at the Iris with my husband for a weekend in Nashville. We felt safe & never had any problems. The location is a short drive to/from downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

Best possible stay! Very quiet, clean, and a great area. The room had a very home-like feeling, it is certainly NOT your typical hotel/motel. The area was very very accessible. Lots of food nearby. The contact person was extremely responsive and very kind. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a great city!

We took a girl's weekend to Nashville and knew we needed a room to stay but something in our budget and in a good location. Iris motel was perfect in both of these and would definitely book again

Good Family Friendly Road trip Stop

We really loved this little Motel. Nashville was a halfway point for us our road trip and it suited us greatly. Good family friendly area. We didn’t want to be downtown but still in distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was a couple feet away from our door which was amazing! Being on the ground floor was so convenient. Green Hills is a short drive away which is an upscale neighborhood for dining and shopping. Access to ice in the breezeway was very nice with a chic little lobby as well. Will be booking again for our trip back.

Check-in was relatively simple. Communication was professional and prompt. The room was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The neighborhood is safe and close to restaurants and the highway. Easy to get in and out of to go places.
