Beautiful townhome located in the heart of Nashville! Perfect for large groups traveling together that want to experience the fun of downtown, but lay their heads down at night few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway. 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bunk plus a sofa bed. Comfortably sleeps 10 guests!

The Space 
Great home for entertaining groups of up to 10 people or even housing a group of 3 long term guests! Enjoy the hardwood floors, new kitchen, and an open living area with plenty of seating! There is one bedroom with queen-sized bunk beds on the lowest level with an ensuite bathroom; up the stairs you will find a full eat-in, fully equiped kitchen, living area, dining table, and outdoor patio all on the 2nd level; and finally, two bedrooms on the 3rd level with ensuite bathrooms. One sofa bed is available in the living space to host 10 total guests. Sleep easy with blackout shades throughout every room in the home (except bathrooms and back patio door). Smart home enabled with an Echo dot smart device in each room that can be utilized for music, alarm, or sleep sounds - even to play games! Board games are also available for a fun night in! 

Expect a well-equipped kitchen with cooking and baking necessities to prepare meals at the home, a drip coffee maker, and an available tea kettle. 

The house is a short walk to popular bars, restaurants, & coffee shops (walk across the street to 8th & Roast-one of our favorites!). You'll be within 0-3 miles of all the popular Nashville neighborhoods including 12 South, the Gulch, Vanderbilt, Belmont, and of course, Honky Tonk Row!

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire house. 

The garage can fit 1 car but you will need to open it manually from inside the house. Any additional parking must be done on the street. NO PARKING on the shared driveway space that leads to the garage. 

For guests arriving early or departing late, please inquire for possible luggage storage options or consider booking the night before or after your arrival to ensure an early check-in or late checkout.

Interaction with Guests
We give our guest space but will be available if needed. If you have any questions or are less than satisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us right away so we can fix any issues you might have.

The Neighborhood: 
The townhome is located right by the famous Zanie's Comedy club in the 8th Ave/Melrose neighborhood. You'll be in close proximity to 12 South, The Gulch, Belmont, & Music Row. The street has been increasingly rising as one of Nashville's hot spots but hasn't yet been overtaken by the crowds you'll find on Honky Tonk Row (Broadway). Right up the street, there are a number of tasty local restaurants and a few fun bars such as M.L. Rose, Cilantro, Sinema, The Sutler, The Smiling Elephant, 8th and Roast, Craft Brewed, Fenwick's, Melrose Billiards, and more. A great local music venue, the Basement, is up the street about a mile away. 

Broadway is about 3 miles away. It's typically a 10 minute or less Lyft/Uber ride to downtown or if you're up for it, an extended walk (guests tell us about 40 min). 12South, a well-known neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and bars, is about a 25 min walk or 5 min Lyft ride from the unit.

Other popular neighborhoods such as East Nashville, West End, Green Hills...all are less than 15 minutes away! The luxurious home is truly in a central location to all things Nashville.

Getting Around 
ON FOOT
You are about 3/4 of a mile to the heart of 12 South where you will find yourself in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville chock full of great local restaurants and shops. 

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. 

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

ELECTRONIC SCOOTERS
There are a few electronic scooter companies in Nashville. You'll need to have a license and a credit card to gain access to them via their apps, but they can be a super easy and efficient way to get around town during the day. Please use caution, follow all road rules, and never use them while intoxicated. 

PARKING
There is a garage that can fit up to one car. All additional parking must be done on the street. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED in the shared driveway space between the townhomes. You will be towed.

Other Things to Note
→ Please note – this house is in a residential area. If you're looking for a property to host a rowdy group, this is not the right fit. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave. Our strict quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. 
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. 
→  Regarding the house: Max occupancy is 10 people. The first floor bedroom has a bunk bed with queen mattresses. There is central air. There is a dishwasher & an ice-maker. Laundry is on the second level. You must climb a full set of stairs to get to the kitchen. In total, there are 5 beds in the house; queen bunks, 2 king beds, and one queen sofa bed.
→ Towels & linen are provided for up to 10 people. Travel-sized toiletries, 3 hairdryers, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. There is no longer an espresso machine depicted in some of the photos. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired.
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out.  
→ For security and to maintain the integrity of the property and neighborhood, we have installed Nest cameras and NoiseAware systems. Cameras are on the outside of the house only. NoiseAware simply monitors noise levels outside the home to ensure the area stays quiet and peaceful.
→ Rest assured, our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.
→ We have a short term permit for the house. You can find the Permit # in the captions of our pictures.
