This property sits on the 4th floor of a newly built (2017) condo building in the Melrose/8th Ave neighborhood. It's hip decor along with amenities such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private balcony make for the perfect home away from home.

The Space
Four (4) people fit perfectly in the unit. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has a king size bed with attached bathroom (shower stall only). The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk out balcony. The second bathroom stands alone with a tub shower combo. Each bedroom offers remote controlled blinds. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer. The full kitchen comes with stainless steal appliances, an electric stove, ice maker, and dishwasher. The tall windows of this corner unit make for excellent lighting in the living room. Sit back and relax as you gaze upon downtown Nashville - the unit is close enough to enjoy the allure of Honky Tonk Row, and just far enough to unwind in a quiet space. 

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire unit, parking lot, pool and condo building entrance ways. Keys will be provided for the unit. You will receive a code before check in via email for the lock box to enter the building and to access the unit. 

There is plenty of parking on site and street parking nearby if the lot is ever full.

We let our guests have their space but if needed will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

→ Upon booking, you will be sent a Rental Agreement that must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. Your credit card will not be charged until the Rental Agreement is received and your reservation is confirmed. Before booking, please read out NOTES at the bottom of the listing for further details. 

→ Our nightly minimum and pricing varies depending on the time of year, day of the week, and events in town. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and pricing. Feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately before any amount is charged if your booking does not meet our requirements.

→ As soon as you step foot in Nashville, you'll notice that the skyline is peppered with cranes and other signs of the booming construction that is happening.  Because of the construction, at times there are limited sidewalks to use. Please be conscious of your surroundings exploring about town.  

→ Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→  Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There is a dishwasher, ice maker, and  washer and dryer in the unit. Towels & linen are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ The condo is located in Berry Hill, a mini city in the midst of Nashville - no short term permit is required.

The Neighborhood
The condo is located in the Melrose/8th Ave area. The street has been increasingly rising as one of Nashville's hot spots but hasn't yet been overtaken by the crowds you'll find on Honky Tonk Row (Broadway). There are a number of tasty local restaurants and a few fun bars nearby such as Cilantro, M.L. Rose, Sinema, The Sutler, The Smiling Elephant, 8th and Roast, Craft Brewed, Melrose Billiards, and more. A great local music venue, the Basement, is up the street as well about a mile away. 

Honky Tonk Row is about 3 miles away. It's typically a 10 minute or less Lyft ride to downtown or if you're up for it, an extended walk (guests tell us about 40 min). 

The condo is also close to 12South, a well known neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and bars. It's about a 25 min walk or 5 min Lyft ride from the unit.

Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, East Nashville, West End, Green Hills...all are less than 15 minutes away! The studios are truly in a centered location to all things Nashville.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
There are great local eateries, cafes, and bars nearby worth exploring within a 5-minute walk just North or South of the condo on 8th ave. Please keep in mind that currently there is a new building being constructed next door to this building so there are limited sidewalks to use at this time.

LYFT
This ride-sharing company has a strong presence in Nashville. Whether it is midday or midnight, just open your LYFT app on your smartphone and a ride will appear within minutes.

TAXIS
Nashville, like any other city, has taxis of all shapes and colors. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. The closest route to the studios will be #8.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card and pick out your red bike! The closest B-Cycle station to the will be in 12South.
