This unique home is 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown and just 1.5 miles from midtown. Sylvan Heights is the perfect location to be in to see everything Nashville has to offer! Or never leave the home and enjoy one of the three balconies that overlook the Nashville Skyline for great views throughout the day. This home sleeps 10 comfortably, and is perfect for long term stays wanting to get to know Nashville in the perfect location!
Guest Access
Guest will have access to every area of the house except the garage. Street parking is available, there are designated spots in the ally behind the home, but please note you will have to walk up to the front og the house for entry into the home. There is no back entry via the garage as this is not available for guest use.
Interaction with Guests
We give our guest space but will be available if needed. If you have any questions or are less than satisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us right away so we can fix any issues you might have.

The Neighborhood
The home is located in the Sylvan Heights neighborhood on the West side of downtown Nashville! You will find yourself incredibly close to the popular Centennial Park where you can enjoy Nashville's local replica of the Parthenon or take a quick trip to one of the West sides many fun neighborhoods including Sylvan Park and the Nations! Just down the road is the L & L market, McCabe Golf Course, and some of the best eats in town!! If you want a great place to dine try , PennePazze, VN Pho and Deli, Punk Wok, Farm Burger (and so many more)! West Nashville is where all the major downtown highways meet, so you are quickly able to get to any other part of town.
Honky Tonk Row is about 3 miles away. It's typically a 10 minute or less Lyft ride to downtown.
Other popular neighborhoods such as East Nashville, The Gulch, 12 South, Green Hills...all are less than 15 minutes away! The luxurious home is truly in a central location to all things Nashville.

Nashvilles bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!
ELECTRONIC SCOOTERS
There are a few electronic scooter companies in Nashville. You'll need to have a license and a credit card to gain access to them via their apps, but they can be a super easy and efficient way to get around town during the day. Please use caution, follow all road rules, and never use them while intoxicated.

We do also live next to a highly traveled highway so please be cautious if you have a light sleeper in your group, we do provide earplugs.
