The Space
Our space encompasses the first floor of a 2 story historic home. The upstairs is a completely separated 2 bedroom apartment. The main floor has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The master room has a connected master bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is supplied with your basic cookware, dinnerware, and drip coffee maker. The living space has a sofa bed for additional sleeping. In total, 8 people can fit in the space.

Guest Access
You'll have access to the main floor of the house. The second floor is a separate apartment with its own private entrance. 

We reserve the small driveway for the guest above. There is plenty of street parking available.

Our company is called UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local business that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

The Neighborhood
The home is located just south of the Hillsboro Village strip. Hillsboro Village is home to the iconic Pancake Pantry, as well as local favorites: Fido, Jacksons, Hot&Cold, and Cabana. New restaurants, coffee shops, Jeni's Ice Cream, and Pilates Garage.

You will be near Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, and close to the 12 South neighborhood that boasts its own great local restaurants and shops from 12South Tap Room to Burger Up to Edley's BBQ. All great choices.

Getting Around
RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
There is plenty of street parking available. We reserve the small driveway for the guests above.

→ Upon booking, a Rental Agreement must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. You will receive the agreement to be signed upon submitting your booking. 
→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged. 
→ Please note – this house is in a residential area. If you're looking for a property to host a rowdy group, this is not the right fit. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave. We ask for guests to keep noise levels low at all times. Our strict quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. 
→ There is free street parking out front and down the street from the home. While there is a driveway, it's reserved for the unit above and is VERY narrow. Large cars beware.

→  Regarding the house: Max occupancy is 8 people. 3 Queen beds and 1 Queen sofa bed. There is central air. Travel-sized toiletries, 2 hairdryers, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→  If bringing small children, please note the house is not baby proof, outlets are not covered.  
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.
