If you're looking for a modern, brand new house, this won't be the right fit for you. If you're looking for a good location and something reasonably priced, this is the place for you!
The house has 3 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. For additional sleeping, there is also a queen-size sofa bed. The house sleeps 6 comfortably and can hold up to 8. Keep in mind though, there is only 1 bathroom with a shower only.
You'll be booking this home primarily for it's awesome location. Just next to Music Row, down the street from Edgehill (find places like Old Glory and Barcelona Wine Bar), and across the street from Belmont University - this location can not be beat! This house is centrally located between Belmont, Vanderbilt, Music Row, and the famous Honky Tonk Row. A 5 to 10-minute drive in any direction and you will find yourself in the best of Nashville's neighborhoods. It's only a half-mile from Hillsboro Village where you will find the brunch spot favorite - The Pancake Pantry! Osa coffee, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, Barcelona Wine Bar, Old Glory, and Egghill breakfast are just a couple of blocks away. It is a 10-minute car ride to Green Hills, home of the Bluebird Cafe, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and the upscale Green Hills Mall (Nordstrom, Burberry, Louis Vuitton.) Nashville’s bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival.
